Senior Researcher
Description:
To execute research studies by defining research topics, conducting research, analyzing findings & preparing reports.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in a research- related fields, or associated studies.
Experience:
Minimum 5 – 7 years experience, of which 3 years experience in similar industry in the UAE.
Researcher
Description:

Experience:
Minimum 3 – 5 years experience in a similar field.
Funding Manager
Description:
Lead the development of funding strategies for Addaera to ensure a pipeline of multiple funders and partners from the private and public sectors.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Development.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years experience.
Minimum 2 years experience in marketing, resource mobilization or business planning and development preferably in non-profit sector.
Human Resources Generalist
Description:
To handle all HR operational activities at Addaera; ensuring all company policies & procedures are being adhered to fairly and consistently.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management.
Experience:
Minimum 3 – 5 years experience in Human Resources Management.
Receptionist
Description:
Provide customer service and support to all visitors to the centre, ensuring that Addaera is represented in a professional and friendly manner at all times.
Qualifications:
Higher Diploma in any suitable discipline.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years experience.
Head of Partnership & Communication
Description:
Implement strategy to identify and develop effective partnerships with public and private sector stakeholders.
Attract, maintain and retain partners.
Oversee development and implementation of communications, branding and marketing strategy for Addaera.
Qualifications:
Bachelors’ degree in any discipline, preferably Marketing, Public Relations or Media.
Experience:
Minimum 10 years experience in fields of communications and partnerships.
Data Quality Assurance Associate
Description:
Ensure compliance with quality standards, policies and processes of research studies, and make recommendations for improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences.
Certified in Project Management is an asset.
Experience:
Minimum 3 – 5 years experience in Market Research in the UAE.
Background in best practices in questionnaire development, translation processes and testing.
Editorial judgment and proven ability to communicate research results clearly and concisely in both verbal and written form.
IT - Networking
Description:
Provide technical and operational support in the administration of network infrastructure and provide ongoing management of data on file servers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology / Computer Engineering.
Desirable to have MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) and CISCO certifications.
Experience:
Minimum 3 – 5 years experience.
