Addaera Centre Inks MoU with DGHR ‎to Collaborate on Human Resources, Research & Studies

Dubai, UAE- September 2023: Addaera Research & Polls Centre, the first local independent organization for public opinion studies in the UAE, signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Dubai Government Human Resources Department to promote collaboration in the field of human resources, research and studies.

Prospects of collaboration between the two sides will include the exchange of knowledge, expertise, research and specialized studies; in addition to the coordination on implementing common research, reviewing best practices and institutional experiences in the field of human resources, and cooperating in aspects related to training, development and skills exchange.

The MoU was signed by Ms. Hana Sultan Lootah, the CEO of Addaera Research & Polls Centre and Ms. Mona Buhumaid Al Tamimi, CEO of the Future Resources Sector of the DGHR.

Under the MoU between the two parties, an agreement was forged to develop a regulatory framework that defines the mechanism of cooperation in field of human resources development and training courses, as well as exchanging knowledge and activating institutional communication channels and community service.

Lootah clarified that Addaera Centre has the specialized expertise which emphasizes its professional capabilities of implementing research studies on public issues that contribute to social stability across all aspects.

“This MoU was signed as part of the Centre’s continuous endeavor to boost collaboration and exchange of experience and knowledge relevant to public opinion studies, which includes providing comprehensive professional support for research processes, data management and analysis, in addition to outcomes reporting,” Lootah added.

“We are pleased to collaborate with Dubai Government Human Resources Department, as we will harness our advanced technical research capabilities to excute the agreed-on studies according to the highest professional standards, especially through our Shoora platform and the audience response system,” Lootah added.
