Addaera Centre Re-Awarded Quality Certification for Research and Management

Dubai, UAE, August 2021 – For the fourth consecutive year, Addaera Research & Polls Centre, the first local independent public opinion survey centre in the UAE, has been awarded the prestigious ISO certification for its excellence in research and management system.

In 2018, Addaera was the first survey centre in the UAE and the Middle East to be awarded the “ISO 20252:2012” certification for its quality excellence in public opinion polls and social and market research. However, the centre has been recently certified with the restructured quality standard “ISO 20252:2019,” an upgraded version of the standard with additional and expanded competency criteria.

“ISO 20252:2019” is awarded to research and public opinion polling organizations for demonstrating an outstanding performance in internal management system.

Addaera’s recent achievement indicates its commitment to the best practices in research industry; especially credibility, reliability and neutrality, as all research procedures are implemented internally according to strictly controlled schemes that guarantee trustworthy output.

The standard titled “Market, Opinion and Social Research, Including Insights and Data Analytics- Vocabulary and Service Requirements” was also awarded to Addaera for its excellence in operational methodology and integrated service delivery system.

Addaera Centre was audited by the British Standards Institute “BSI” for the improvement of management system and customer focus approach. The assessment scope involved many aspects including research confidentiality, responding to research requests, cooperation with clients, sampling and data processing, data security and documentation and records management.
