Addaera’s Customers Satisfaction Index Scores 96% ‎

Dubai, UAE- May 2023: Addaera Research & Polls Centre clients praised the efficiency of services provided to them in the field of research and public opinion studies, according to surveys conducted by the centre to evaluate customers satisfaction.

Customers satisfaction rates peaked to 96.1%, scored by the satisfaction index across four main categories that included “availability,” “accuracy,” “partnership” and “advice.”

Evaluation based on three scaling criteria expressing satisfaction (extremely satisfied – satisfied), neutralism (neutral) and dissatisfaction (dissatisfied – extremely dissatisfied), as extreme satisfaction reached 63.6% and satisfaction 32.5%.

Satisfaction with “partnership” was significantly high; reaching (85.7% extremely satisfied) and (14.3% satisfied) with the capability of understanding client’s priorities, and (85.7% extremely satisfied) and (14.3% satisfied) with the capability of understanding client’s limitations.

On the other hand, levels of satisfaction with “availability” hit (57.1% extremely satisfied) and (42.9% satisfied) with timeliness of addressing service requests; (71.4% extremely satisfied) and (28.6% satisfied) with timeliness of communicating service progress, and (71.4% extremely satisfied) and (28.6% satisfied) with timeliness of the final delivery of requested service.

With regard to “accuracy,” satisfaction index went as high as (57.1% extremely satisfied) and (42.9% satisfied) with level of accuracy in addressing requested service; (42.9% extremely satisfied) and (57.1% satisfied) with level of accuracy in communicating service progress, and (71.4% extremely satisfied) and (28.6% satisfied) with level of accuracy in the final delivery of requested service.

Also, clients expressed their satisfaction with “advice” in terms of relevance of provided professional advice, which gained (57.1% extremely satisfied) and (28.6% satisfied); similarly, effectiveness of provided professional advice (57.1% extremely satisfied) and (28.6% satisfied), and timeliness of provided professional advice (42.9% extremely satisfied) and (42.9% satisfied).
